Truly authentic Ethiopian — from the injera to the coffee ceremony. Easily the best in the Austin area.
The Beyaynetu combo is incredible. We eat here every week. The staff makes you feel like family every single time.
First time trying Ethiopian food and this was perfect. The staff walked us through everything — we'll definitely be back.
The coffee ceremony alone is worth the trip. They roast the beans right in front of you — such a unique and beautiful experience.
Hidden gem in Cedar Park. The Yenegus meat combo blew us away. Portions are huge and the injera is so fresh. Can't stop thinking about it.
My whole family loved it — even my picky kids! The veggie combo is amazing and the staff were so warm and welcoming.
Best date night spot in Cedar Park. The atmosphere is cozy, the food is extraordinary, and the coffee ceremony is a must. 10/10 every time.
My sister and I dined at Injera & Beyond for the first time tonight, and WOW — we are blown away!
Our server Brianna brought out our food so fast and kept filling our cups and gave really good advice on appetizers. This evening was just perfect. If anyone ever comes in for the first time, ask for Brianna S.
This place was really good! The owners were so nice & helpful. It was our first time eating Ethiopian food & I really enjoyed it.
First experience with Ethiopian food and it was flavorful with spice that is enjoyable — especially the Bedergan Tibs. Will absolutely be back.
This sweet, little treasure blew my mind. What an amazing surprise — the food is delicious and the injera was excellent!

Injera is a sourdough flatbread made from 100% teff — an ancient Ethiopian grain. It serves as both the plate and the utensil: stews and salads are piled on top, and you tear off pieces to scoop them up. No fork required.
Teff is naturally gluten-free, making our injera a great option for gluten-conscious diners. Please let your server know about any allergies and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes — many traditional Ethiopian dishes are plant-based. Our Veggie Combo features red lentils, yellow split-pea, string beans, collard greens, and cabbage, and is fully vegan. Several fasting dishes are also available.
Some dishes like Doro Wot and Key Sega Wot use berbere spice and have a real kick. Others like Alicha and most plant-based dishes are mild. Your server can guide you — just mention your spice preference.
Dishes are served on a large shared platter lined with injera. Everyone eats from the same plate — it's a tradition that brings people together. Our combos are designed for sharing, though individual portions are available too.
