Our Story
Injera & Beyond opened its doors in August 2025, bringing the soulful flavors of East Africa to the heart of Cedar Park. Every dish — from slow-simmered stews to fresh-baked injera — is a tribute to the generations of Ethiopian cooking that inspired us.
All served with Gluten Free Teff Injera.
Signature Experience
Coffee was born in Ethiopia — and we honor that legacy. Watch as our beans are roasted and ground in-house, then brewed and poured from a traditional jebena pot in an ancient ceremony that brings people together.
